Here is a checklist that we use for each client!

Cleaning Checklist for Every Appointment:

​

Bathroom –

• Shower walls, shower head and temperature handles are shiny and free of hardwater

• Tub basin is free of soap scum or hard water *as much as possible without harming the surfaces

• Entire shower is free of ANY hair or streaking

• Toilet – cleaned inside and out, behind around – including walls behind

• "Hair Check" by lifting u the toilet seat after cleaning as well as shaking shower curtain to double check.

• Sink – clean all handles and faucets, scrub around entire area including basin and behind sink

• ALL Metal pieces – toilet paper holders, towel racks, towel holders

• Baseboards and floors 

Kitchen –

• Wipe down all appliances and outsides of appliances, microwave, oven, dishwasher, etc

• Wipe all counters and tables AND outside of ALL cabinets (Spot check insides for new clients or move outs)

• Microwave , Fridge and Oven – both are to be cleaned every time. 

• Dishes or insides of cabinets are only done upon request or if it is a rental/deep clean

• All floors must be SCRUBBED thoroughly to check for sticky spots or crumbs. As a general, always sweep twice and mop twice for kitchen and bathroom floors

Living Room, Bedrooms, Other Rooms/Hallways –

• Dust all surfaces – pictures, vents, stair cases dependent on time and budget allowance

• Spot clean all entry ways, doors and main walls

• Baseboards are to be cleaned on request unless it is a deep clean/move out . We strive for perfection and clean baseboards as needed or least once every 2-3 months if not requested

• Make beds, clean up toys, dishes, fold blankets, tidy ALL areas, etc

• -Never mix up piles of papers or bills.

• All windowsills and blinds are to be cleaned on request –Cleaned at every deep clean/move out- **once a month if not requested

• Clean all light switches, doors or heaters and vents when needed

OUR MONTHLY DEEP CLEAN ITEMS GET ROTATED AT EACH CLEANING!

• All windowsills and tracks

• Baseboards

• Deep clean/scrub all of kitchen or bathroom (any extra cleaning needed or requested)

•  Fridge, shelves or drawers cleaned,  Doors and door frames on both sides, ceiling fans and extra dusting or organizing.
